Make every acre work harder

A better property starts with a better plan.

Owning land is one thing. Recognizing its hunting potential—and knowing how habitat, access, pressure, stand location and seasonal movement work together—is another. Deathrow Designs evaluates the whole property, then gives you a practical plan for better land and better hunting.

01

Property Design

A complete, purposeful layout for habitat, access routes, food, water, bedding areas, stands and blinds—designed to work together.

02

Habitat & Herd Strategy

Recommendations that improve cover, nutrition, wildlife use and long-term property productivity instead of relying on quick fixes.

03

Hunting Strategy

Use terrain, wind, seasonal patterns and hunting pressure to enter, hunt and exit with less disturbance and more confidence.

04

Pre-Purchase Evaluations

Found a specific property you may want to buy? Understand its hunting potential, limitations and improvement opportunities before you make the investment.

05

Setup & Installation

Hands-on help with cameras, stands, blinds, feeders and the details required to put the property plan into action.

06

Ongoing Management

Continued property care, camera and feeder service, observation and adjustments as the land and wildlife change.

Built for real properties

Your land doesn't have to look like hunting ground yet. Its potential needs to be understood.

Whether you manage 10 acres or 1,000+, the goal is the same: make informed improvements that fit the land, your budget and the way you hunt.

Client results

Trusted in the field.

Bryan brings a rare combination of passion, attention to detail, and genuine care to whitetail management. He takes the time to understand the land, the goals, and the small details that will make a big difference. Beyond the property itself, he also thinks deeply about hunt strategy and how to consistently put a hunter in the best position for success. His approach is thoughtful, strategic, and tailored to both the land and the hunter. It’s clear he truly cares about creating the best possible outcome for both the land and the landowner.

Bryan Tanner and Deathrow Designs was likely the best money I've spent on deer hunting aside from buying tags. I am a savvy hunter, habitat guy and have many hunting professional friends, but was in a pinch for some deer chore help on our Ohio property. We decided to hire Deathrow Designs after multiple recommendations from some accomplished friends.

The team not only helped us to get a struggling plot location to become the thriving hub of the property, but we were fortunate enough to spend some time working with Bryan. This man and his hunting accomplishments are at the pinnacle of hunting passion. We feel blessed to have learned from one of the best bowhunters and hunting layout minds to ever pursue whitetails.

This first project led to the decision to hire the team for hunting plans on this property and others we hunt (with greatest of anticipation). Our results were immediate and vibrantly apparent with the most and best bucks we have ever had in just matter of months. There is so much confidence in their approach, our revamped properties and everything the Deathrow Designs team has done for us.

The work was performed fast, thorough, beyond what one would've expected and at an extremely fair price. I couldn't recommend Bryan and Deathrow Designs enough; There is no better deer consult or experience. Please feel free to contact me with any related questions.

How it works

From uncertain ground to a plan you can use.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation

Tell us about the property, your goals, the problems you see and how you want to hunt it.

  2. 02

    Evaluate the whole property

We study the land, habitat, wildlife movement, access and current setup—not isolated pieces.

  3. 03

    Build the strategy

You receive prioritized recommendations designed around your property and your objectives.

  4. 04

    Put the plan to work

Implement it yourself with a clear understanding of why, or bring us in for setup and ongoing management.

More than a list of recommendations

We teach the “why” behind every decision.

Led by Bryan Tanner, Deathrow Designs evaluates how deer use terrain, wind, cover, food and human pressure—then turns those observations into a plan the landowner can actually put to work.

A plan is only useful when you understand how it works. Bryan helps landowners see how the pieces connect, so each improvement has a purpose and every client is better equipped to succeed.

“The goal isn't to make your property look good on paper. It's to make the land work better—and help you hunt it with confidence.”
